“My initial objective when I signed up for personal training was to get a basic understanding of how to use various machines. “I thoroughly enjoy working out with Patty. I started Aqua Fitness training in August 2009 after 7 months of doing nothing. I was in such bad physical shape when I started with her, that I was literally on the verge of death. “Aqua Fitness training is perfect for someone like me. I have always been a high achiever but weight loss and exercise alluded me.
