Fit Camp Classes
These classes includes a 15 minute warm up focused on core and cardio exercises to set the foundation for an energizing and successful workout. Patty delivers a fresh routine for each class, and is an expert in offering exercise modifications (if a person has an injury, etc). The workouts are designed to strengthen the entire body in a circuit style, using functional moves, incorporating many bodyweight exercises, and includes the development and practice of balance and coordination. Each class is 60 minutes, and can be modified to fit the needs of the company. Appropriate upbeat music will keep you going, and the last 5 minutes of the class are dedicated solely to stretching and cool down, leaving your body feeling refreshed and exhilarated.
These classes are a completely unique and amazing experience from head to toe. Each session is 60 minutes in length, and are completely customizable to the needs of the individuals. Most stretch classes begin with 15 minutes of core focused exercises as a way to warm up the body and prepare for safely increasing the range of motion in every joint. Relaxing music helps to keep your mind at ease and Patty coaches you on breathing techniques and proper alignment for the most effective stretches to alleviate any/all acute or chronic pains, due to stiff/tight muscles and prolonged periods of time sitting at work. She does provide some hands on assistance to help individuals get set up into a particular position or stretch.
