One-on-One Personal Training in Atlantic & Neptune Beach
One-on-one personal training consists of private sessions, whether in-home or outdoors, that focus on the specific goals of each individual client. This is the most effective form of fitness training because of the precisely designed program to meet your unique health, fitness and performance goals.
Partner and Small Group Personal Training Training
Designed for 2 or more people to share a customized personal training session. Partner training sessions are a perfect fit for friends, workout buddies and couples that share similar health and fitness goals.
This format of fitness training is fun, motivating, encouraging, and may give you the urge to engage in a little friendly competition. Each workout plan is customized to progress both of your individual abilities in strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance, coordination, and flexibility. If you do not have a partner, but want to participate in partner or small group training, I will be happy to pair you with one of my current groups.
I provide custom workouts each session based on your ability-level and personal fitness goals.
I provide on-going nutrition guidance to ensure healthy habits and accelerate results.
Each session ends with an invigorating stretching sequence to keep your body loose and pain free.

- A program design specifically for you. I'll design a program that works specifically to your body's needs at each phase of life, and fitness level.
- We will use functional movements that are safe for your joints and feel good to your muscles. After each workout, we will stretch out from head to toe, leaving you with a lasting euphoric glow. Together, we'll create your strong, energized and confident self.
- I’m great with injuries, this was my core focus of study in college and believe that proper movement and technique will help you heal fastest.
