
My Fitness Philosophy Is Simple...
I believe in moving your body daily (for a minimum of 20 minutes).
I believe functional strength training and exercises are the most effective fitness method - for every age and ability level - delivering the best results in the shortest amount of time.
I believe in stretching daily (for at least 10 minutes) for proper muscle recovery, to encourage supple joints, to prevent injuries, and to help manage stress.
I believe in having a plan - following a weekly schedule of exercise that incorporates strength, cardio and stretching, to achieve the BEST results for a fit, strong, healthy and happy body.
- strength training encourages lean muscle development
- stretching prevents injury, increases blood flow and improves muscle/joint mobility
- cardio serves as the heart's workout, while giving the body active recovery to decrease muscle soreness and stress levels
I believe that age is ONLY a number and that it's never too late to start investing in yourself and in your health
