Patty comes into the office and does a complete head to toe assessment, including weight calculation, body composition with girth measurements and body fat analysis. The physical fitness results are collected and measured per individual, and tracked every 6-8 weeks. Results vary. Consistent attendance to her on-site classes and dedication to healthy eating with her guidance are what yields the best results.
