12 Days of Workouts

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! But with that comes less time to workout and more stress. So to keep your spirits high, follow along with my 12 day program where we perform small, at-home workouts each day.

Day 1: 1 Minute Plank

Day 2: 2 Person Ball Toss

Day 3: 3 Sets of Pushups

Day 4: 4 Part Upper Body Circuit

Day 5: 5 Sets of 5 Burpees

Day 6: 6 Kneeling Step-Up

Day 7: 7 Minutes of Cardio

Day 8: 8 One Legged Lunged

Day 9: 9 Sun Salutations

Day 10: 10 High-Low Boats

Day 11 – 11 Kettlebell Swings

Day 12 – 12 Minute Meditation
