Slumping over all day can wreak havoc on your body. While you hunch over your computer, devour your meals, grip the steering wheel, pick up your kids, etc., etc., a degree of kyphosis (rounded shoulders, forward head posture) may develop. So remember, ‘the more you slump, the bigger the hump’ in your upper back, will grow. Sit up straight, pick your head up, put your shoulders down, back, and engage your core to help strengthen your lower back. Added bonus: you may feel a boost in confidence, and you may appear thinner!
