For the past few weeks, the weather has been incredible! I like to mix up the scenery and workouts often, so I’ve been taking my clients down to the beach for a barefoot workout session just in time to stretch by sunset. If you haven’t tried workout out barefoot in the sand, you are in for a nice surprise. Performing certain exercises in the sand forces so many different muscles to engage for balance and strength.
